First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Archdiocese of Baltimore.
Project Manager
I had a 30 min phone call with HR, then an hour long zoom call with my would be supervisor, then a tour at the chancellory in Baltimore. Everyone was pretty nice.
- How do you practice your faith?
Executive Director
A headhunter reached out to me about this role and mentioned the interview process would be quick. We had a lengthy discussion where they requested a significant amount of information. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up after that.
- Can you provide a lot of information?
- Are you required to submit a plan?
Teacher
It was a pretty basic hiring process. They looked at my stuff and then I got an interview. The interview itself felt pretty standard, asking questions about my background and how it might fit with an urban school.
- How would your skills be a good fit for a school located in a city?
- Could you describe your background and how it relates to working in an urban school environment?
Director of Communications
Unprofessional interviewer. They offered me the job, but then when I tried to negotiate salary, they said I wasn't actually offered the job until I emailed an old paper application to admin. This was after 3 rounds and a phone offer.
- What is your personal relationship with Jesus Christ?
