Pretty straightforward interview process. First, I had a chat with a recruiter who happened to be an assistant director at one of the school’s branches. We talked about my coursework, projects, and technical skills. Then, they asked me some behavioral questions and said they'd be in touch.

It was a long and drawn-out process, with too many interviews for this type of position. I had a panel interview, which didn't make sense for this level of job. They even made people fly in to talk to me. It just seemed like overkill for a job that's essentially just sales.

Behavioral Presentation

I found the job posting on a job board and the whole process took about a month. There were four interviews in total. The first was pretty casual, the manager just introduced himself and talked about the role. Then I spoke with HR. After that, I had a panel interview with the manager and the top three salespeople. The last interview was with a VP.
