It was a long and drawn-out process, with too many interviews for this type of position. I had a panel interview, which didn't make sense for this level of job. They even made people fly in to talk to me. It just seemed like overkill for a job that's essentially just sales.

The first was pretty casual, the manager just introduced himself and talked about the role. Then I spoke with HR. After that, I had a panel interview with the manager and the top three salespeople.
