Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Altman Companies.
Leasing Consultant
It was a pretty chill interview. I talked to the property manager and a regional person. They were all super nice and welcoming. I heard back within about a week and got the offer pretty fast.
- What relevant industry experience do you have?
- Can you describe your previous work history?
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Leasing Agent
I know someone who worked for the company and my 1st meeting/interview was with the Regional/Area Vice President before the property manager. The next step in the process was a phone interview with the property manager.
- Can you tell me about your customer service experiences?
- What has been your most difficult work situation?
Leasing Agent
The interview process was really good and everyone was super nice. The property itself was great. They asked some good questions. The company seems like a great place to work and they responded quickly. I'd suggest applying here if you're looking to move up in your career. There are definitely chances to grow since the company is expanding across the US.
- I can't recall the specific questions asked.
