The interview started with a graphic design project that involved using actual company photos of properties. After that, there was a second round which was an interview that lasted almost an hour. I was then ghosted, even though they gave me a timeline for when I'd hear back. I followed up but got no response. I left a negative review and, unsurprisingly, got a quick response after the company bombarded their Google page with positive reviews.

It was 5 interviews plus a writing assessment. The team was super chill and made it not feel like a slog. Pretty standard interview questions, but they cared more about if you'd fit the culture than just going through your resume, which was neat!

The interview process started well. I had a first interview with the recruiter at the office, who asked basic questions. Then, I was invited for a second interview with the CFO, which went exceptionally well, and he indicated a decision would be made by Friday. I also had another offer on the table. When I informed the recruiter about this, she immediately contacted me, expressing strong interest and asking for my references, which I provided. My references were contacted, and she called back saying they wanted to extend an offer but needed me to meet more team members first. I met with the team shortly after, and it seemed positive. The recruiter followed up after the meeting, and I was told I'd hear back by Monday. After not hearing back, I reached out and eventually received an email stating they were moving forward with other candidates, despite prior indications of an offer.

First, there was a phone call with some basic questions. Then, I had a Google Meet call with the hiring manager. After that, I was given a written assignment where I had to create a policy and an email. They ghosted me after that, which is really unprofessional since I got so far in the process and they didn't communicate anything.
