I applied through Glassdoor and the CEO called me the next day to schedule an interview. After I filled out a job application at their beautiful office, the CEO interviewed me. She told me some of my job duties and I asked about the hours but didn't get a clear answer, it sounded like I'd be on call 24/7. The CEO seemed like a perfectionist who was juggling a lot. She then offered $15/hour.

It was an easy interview. I met with three of the company's main leaders and had a brief chat about my personality and the traits I'd bring to benefit the company. The questions were simple, and the atmosphere wasn't intimidating at all.

Behavioral Presentation

The first interview was a one-on-one meeting in a small office with the hiring manager. She discussed the available positions and suggested one I hadn't applied for but thought would be a good fit. Immediately after, I had a second interview in Burlington, NC, with the company president. I felt it went really well and was told I'd have a third interview and training class the following week, but I haven't heard back yet.
