It's a thorough interview. You'll meet with two senior staff members who will go over your resume and give you a quick, slightly off description of the daily tasks and duties. They'll also warn you about some quirky personalities in the office. Hiring is done on the spot after the interview, followed by filling out paperwork and an office tour.
