The interview process was really smooth and every step is detailed ahead of time. It included an intro call with the recruitment team, an interview with the hiring manager and finally one with the team of peers. The whole process was welcoming, relaxed and informative. The follow-ups from the recruitment team at each stage was greatly appreciated.

So I saw this job and thought I'd check out the process. First, I talked to HR, then the head of product. The head of product asked me a bunch of stuff about my past roles, like how I handle devs, plan sprints, and what methods and tools I use. He seemed to think I was overqualified and said I'd move on. The next day, HR called to set up a 1:30 interview with the whole product team for the following Monday. I couldn't make it, so we rescheduled for the week after. But then, the Friday before, I got an email saying they'd already made an offer to someone else and canceled my interview. It's weird they'd do that without letting me have the final interview, and I wonder if they couldn't have waited a couple of days to make their offer. I emailed HR about it, but never heard back. Makes you wonder about their ethics.
