The interview process included three main parts: an initial chat with HR, then a meeting with the team lead, and finally, a session with both the team lead and someone from sales. After that, there was a final call to go over feedback. The whole thing was really straightforward, and I felt like I could be open and honest about things.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation Group

The hiring process was very clear, with all the steps laid out from the beginning. It kicked off with a call from the talent acquisition team, then I spoke with a senior member of the team, and after that, I had interviews with some other team members. Following that, there was a technical assessment where I had to build a solution for a customer case. This was then followed by a presentation and a discussion with a panel. The final step was an interview with the global head of consulting, which was a nice surprise because it's not common to talk with someone from the strategy team during a tech interview. Everyone was really friendly throughout the whole process, and there were some chances to talk about tech stuff in a more relaxed way during some of the interviews.
