The hiring process involved a one-way interview where I answered 5 general questions with unlimited takes and time. This was followed by a performance task relevant to the role, but unfortunately, I wasn't selected after this stage. Updates on my application status were slow, taking about 6 weeks in total. However, they did respond to any questions I had. The process itself was simple, but the lengthy duration was a drawback.

Behavioral Presentation

Quick process - video interview where you record yourself, then a quick call with the recruiter to discuss the position, followed by prework and a zoom interview. The only feedback was that there was no feedback or follow up from the recruiter on the steps in the process. The company ghosted me after the interview process, which isn't fair for the candidate.

Behavioral Technical

Got an email to set up a phone screen. It was basic, standard questions. Since I was remote, they had me do a phone interview with the head of the team. Again, pretty standard questions, and they were open to lots of questions from my end, super transparent. Also did a skills task after the phone screen but before the team interview. No mention of salary at all. The whole thing took about 5 weeks from applying to getting the offer.
