I applied online and then got an email asking when I could do a 15min interview. The phone interview went well and they said they'd call me next week to set up an in-person interview. A week passed and I didn't hear anything, so I emailed the person I spoke with initially. I never got a response back. It left a bad impression because of that. Companies should really just send a rejection email instead of ghosting people who are really looking for a job.

The interview process was well-organized and they pretty much nailed explaining the job duties. They talked about benefits and pay, and were cool with negotiating based on how I do later on.

I applied and soon after got an invite for an interview. The interview happened at the scheduled time. I was told I'd get a call for a second interview in a few days, and if I didn't hear back in a week, I should reach out. I never got the call, and my follow-up email went unanswered. Later, I got a rejection email. Honestly, it felt like a small, disorganized operation, and their process seemed unprofessional. Makes you wonder about those good online reviews.
