The interview was online, pretty chill and straightforward. They asked a lot of situation-based questions, like if you can handle tasks like toileting. It was with two interviewers and went for about 30-40 mins.

There were two interviews that were done online. The first interview was with one interviewer, and the second was with two interviewers and a group of 3-4 candidates. I liked the group interview better, it felt more like a natural conversation and not high pressure.

First there was a written test with 2 questions, then an individual interview. After that, we had a discussion on a word and personal views in a group setting. Then came two group discussions, followed by a group task where we had to discuss how to make OT (Occasional Teaching?) classrooms effective. Everything was within the limits of the person's knowledge.

First, I had to take a typing test to show I can type 40 words per minute. Then, there was a really quick video interview where they asked me some behavior questions about different situations and also asked me to assess myself. Once I was hired, I had to get a police check and send in some standard paperwork.
