After I did a phone interview, I was set up for a Skype interview with one of the Head Supervisors. We talked online for like an hour, and it was a really chill chat. They asked me about myself and my background. This company hires a lot of folks from the military, so it was cool to see that support for veterans transitioning to civilian life, which was a good move for me after 23 years in the service.

I was working with a recruiter who found me for this job. The recruiter had already checked my background. The first interview was over the phone, and then I had another one on Skype.
