The interview process was pretty standard. After I applied online, I got an email in about a week to set up a phone screening. That first call was mostly about my background, why I wanted the job, and some general behavioral stuff. Then, I had a second interview with the hiring manager, which went deeper into my experience, technical abilities, and how I handle problems. They were good communicators, nice people, and it all moved pretty fast.

The interview process felt overly intense and not very welcoming. The agency asked for several portfolios in different rounds. The assignment was unpaid but took a significant amount of time. They wanted a full campaign concept, microsite design, UI/UX for the microsite, moodboards, a 3D design of the concept, and more. It seems like they were just trying to get ideas from experienced creative candidates.

The interview process was messy and unorganized with unqualified interviewers. The CEO was arrogant, and the partner/founder was combative. The production employee mentioned wearing 'a lot of hats,' suggesting overwork and underpayment. The CEO was present but not participating in the final interview. The partner led the final interview with irrelevant questions. The operations team member, who seemed qualified, remained silent throughout. The entire process was messy and not worth the time.

It was a terrible experience interviewing with TH Experiential. I went through 4 rounds of interviews, but they ended up ghosting me. The interviews were really disorganized and distracting. It felt like they didn't really understand the productions and couldn't answer my questions about the contract or how things were laid out. They also seemed desperate to find fabrication vendors and asked if I had fabrication partners and who I'd contact for two projects in different cities. They didn't take it well when I chose not to share that info. It seemed like everyone there is overworked and underpaid. The last interview was with the CEO and Partner, and they asked really basic questions that didn't relate to my qualifications, the job, or my experience. The whole process was a mess, I wouldn't work with them or waste my time interviewing there again.
