I applied for the job on December 22, 2013. The HR team got back to me on January 13, 2014. After an initial phone chat, I had a one-hour video interview on January 22, 2014, with the Project Manager and a business systems analyst manager. It was a great interview, with all questions relevant to the field. They said I'd hear back within a week. On January 30, 2014, I called for a follow-up and learned there was a second video interview scheduled for January 31, 2014. This interview was the best of my knowledge, and I got to talk with the IT team, including the IT Director. The team and the Project Manager were awesome. After that one-hour interview, I was told again I should hear back within a week. Much sooner than a week, on February 5, 2014, HR emailed to say it would take a bit longer than a week. It's now the third week since that email. Out of curiosity, I called HR today and was told they are still working on it and I'll get a call when the process is done. I'm not sure what to make of this delay – I'm feeling positive, excited, and a bit nervous. I'm hoping to get good news by this Friday, February 28, 2014.

the interview consisted of 3 telephonic rounds and then a web cam discussion on web cam.the telephonic rounds were easy and consisted of more domain questions.the final round was the web interview where they wanted to discuss the salary part.i declined the offer because they were not willing to give me any hike and instead were saying that my current salary is more than what they offer to their employees.it was quite frustrating cos they had my salary details in the fist round itself !!!
