First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TGI Group.
Electrical Engineer
The interview process included a test and a technical interview. Questions were asked such as: Tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in 5 years? Draw stardelta control? How much do you want us to pay you?
- Can you introduce yourself and tell me about your 5-year career goals?
- Could you draw the stardelta control circuit?
- What are your salary expectations?
HR Officer
The hiring process was smooth with two interview rounds, though the timing for each was quite long. I felt it could have been quicker with a faster turnaround.
- Could you start by telling us about yourself?
- What motivates your interest in working with TGI?
Accountant
There were 2 stages to the interviews. The first stage was a panel interview with 3 people, including HR. In the final interview stage, we would discuss and agree on the offer. The interviewers seemed nice and were interested in my previous work experience.
- Can you introduce yourself and tell me about your experience?
- Describe how you handle a manager who criticizes your work.
Legal
This was a very competitive process with three stages. Questions about law were asked in a friendly way. The first stage was with the hiring manager. The second was with HR and other key people.
- Can you describe a transaction you were involved in?
