First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TGCC.
Site Engineer
I applied on the construction site and then I was called for a technical interview with the project manager on the same construction site. He was nice and explained to me what is expected of me if I get the job.
- Could you introduce yourself and explain your motivation for joining TGCC?
Ingénieur Travaux
I saw the job posting for a building works engineer on LinkedIn and then I applied by email. They responded via email and I had a phone interview.
- Why you and not someone else?
Chargée d'études
The hiring process starts with resume screening. If your CV is selected, they'll reach out for an interview, which could be over the phone, video call, or in person. During the interview, the recruiter will ask about your professional background, skills, and what motivates you. The goal is to see if you're a good fit for the role and company culture. After that, there might be more interviews, possibly with technical or psychometric tests, depending on the job. If everything checks out, the company will extend a job offer. You can then accept or negotiate before signing the contract.

Intern Engineer
It went well, I really liked how the interview was conducted. I had the chance to talk about my professional project and present my motivation for the position. Thanks to the company and the recruiter. I'd love to have this experience again.
- Tell me about yourself? What is your professional project? Why did you choose TGCC?
