In my case, the interview was very pleasant. Two hiring managers interviewed me, and although they delved deeply into my background and profile, I found the interview to be comfortable and agile. Questions about my CV, defending a topic in English, problem-solving, explaining how I manage daily work, etc.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • They asked me many things, but what I remember most is that they asked me to explain a blunder of mine and how I had resolved it.
  • They were also interested in my workload at that time and how I coped with it.

I had a phone interview with HR first, and then the hiring manager. There wasn't an assessment, but I did prepare by researching the company. They asked a few standard questions. The process was pretty easy to get through and simple. It was all remote, and they offered a teams interview, which was super convenient and flexible.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • What languages are you proficient in, and which portals have you used?
  • Could you provide examples of portals you've used and list the languages you speak?

It was a really long selection process. There was an initial getting-to-know-you chat, followed by three technical interviews, each lasting an hour. The interviews were pretty challenging and well-organized, though they went on for a very long time.

  • Case studies on quality management (handling deviations, non-conformities, audits, etc.)

I was first reached out to by a recruiter from HR via email. A brief screening call was then arranged where we talked openly about the job and the perks of working at the company. Following that, I quickly had an online interview with the line manager. The last step was a final interview with upper management. Throughout the process, from one call or interview to the next, they kept me informed about how things were progressing and how long it would take. They extended an offer in a timely manner.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you walk me through your background and experience?
  • How would you approach getting X accomplished if you were given this role?
  • Would you be comfortable taking on X with minimal supervision?
