First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TForce Final Mile.
Driver
The process is the usual. A drug test and MVR check are super important for getting hired.
- What is your greatest accomplishment?
Operations
The interview was only 20 minutes and very informal. The Branch manager was down to earth and seemed genuine about his expectations, plans and ideas. Very straight to the point and didn't beat around the bush on any details.
- What's your approach to managing an employee who isn't performing their duties?
- In the same situation, how would you handle an independent contractor?
Office Services
The interview process was great no pressure. A great experience all around. I felt very comfortable speaking with all the staff. The interview wasn't too long, we took a tour of their facilities.
- What would you contribute to this company
Warehouse Supervisor
I met with a Terminal Manager from another city. It was a very informal interview. All questions were answered as best as could be since Dynamex had just purchased the company I was interviewing with, and not all of the answers were known.
- What motivates your interest in this role?
- Given your experience, I'm concerned our pay scale might not be sufficient. What is your minimum acceptable salary?
