They were really focused on my experience and skills that would apply to the job. We also talked about teamwork, reporting, my general behavior, working with others or by myself, and how I handle deadlines. They asked about what the job entails, what a typical day would look like, and their company culture.

The interview process was really nice and engaging. It had a few steps: first, I talked to a recruiter, then I did a home test, followed by a presentation, and finally, there was an onsite interview. The whole hiring and interview process moved pretty quickly, with about a week's wait between each stage.

It was a 2 week process, all in person. I had two panel interviews. There was also a 1:1 interview. That was mostly scenario questions and asking what I would do given different situations. They also asked me to reflect on my professional accomplishments.

After some emails with two different TFA departments in two different cities, I had a phone interview with two interviewers. They were really nice and talked about themselves and the career path at TFA. It was a behavioral interview. They asked me questions about myself and my professional background. You should definitely prepare using their website and the job description! Make sure to talk about how your background connects to TFA's mission and core values. The interview went well, but I think it didn't help that I wasn't too excited about moving!

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Can you introduce yourself?
  • Of the core values, which one do you connect with the most?
  • Describe yourself and your professional background.
