Started with an intro call with HR, then got a modeling challenge. Had 5 days to analyze, present my findings and recommendations. After submitting, had a technical interview with the Director about my analysis and general stats questions. The HR then ghosted me despite follow-ups, which is disappointing for a reputed firm.

Behavioral Technical

Started with a phone screen with the hiring manager, who asked basic and some technical questions, and gave an overview of the job and company. Then, I had another interview with the hiring manager, who asked a lot of standard behavioral questions like 'what would you do in this situation.' I also interviewed with two other people from IT who asked regular questions, nothing technical. About 5 days later, I got an email with a link to a personality survey, which took about 30 minutes. I didn't hear back until I emailed the HR Recruiter a week later, and they told me they weren't moving forward with my application.

The interview was pretty straightforward, with about 3 to 4 rounds. The management is quite accommodating and flexible with compensation if you do well. I was extended an offer for 65 LPA, which was a 100% increase from my current salary. Make sure to negotiate effectively, as they have a substantial budget for the right candidate.
