Got an email first to see if I was still interested, then we set up an in-person interview. After that, it was an in-person panel interview where I met with someone who would be my co-worker, my manager, my director, and my admin. I also had to do a timed presentation.

There was a panel interview with four people in a conference room, with one person taking notes. They asked me 16 questions about management, personnel, budget, and my overall experience. After they finished asking questions, I gave a presentation, and then it was my turn to ask them questions. The last thing was a writing sample. They made a quick decision and offered me the job the same day.
