After my former study abroad advisor recommended I apply to the position, I submitted a resume and cover letter. Then, I got a call saying they wanted an interview. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and included all the normal questions. They really wanted to hear how my study abroad experience would help me with the job. They were looking for a personable student who could talk to both students and administrators professionally.
