This was one of the quickest interview processes I've gone through. An HR person reached out after I applied for a screening. Then, I had an in-person interview that was almost 2 hours long with the hiring manager and senior leaders from the team. A few days later, the hiring manager called with the offer details and wanted a decision within 24 hours. I accepted right away, and got the official offer letter the next day. The whole thing took less than 10 days.

So I interviewed with 2 people who used to be in the position and have since moved up. Nicole Hart was one of them. It felt like it went well, but they ended up picking someone else. It all worked out though, because I got a job with the Braves. Hopefully I can join the Premium Services Department as a Ranger someday!

It was a super chill interview process. First, they asked me about my salary expectations. Then they tried to lowball me, offering 60% of what I wanted, saying something like, "C'mon man, I thought you liked baseball, you're really not gonna accept this for 30% less than you're currently making?"

It was a long process, but it made sense because there were so many people applying for the same job. I sent in my application, got an email back, and then later that week, they called me, and before I knew it, we were doing an interview.
