First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Texas MedClinic.
Medical Assistant
The interview started with a critical thinking exercise involving a packet of questions. The interviewers were punctual. After a meet-and-greet, they asked many questions. I felt confident about my responses, and I heard back within a week.
- Can you describe your past experience?
- Do you have any general questions for us?
Client Service Representative
We had a face to face interview first, then a computer typing test where you had to copy from a book as fast as you could, timed. Then a math test, you were given a calculator and timed. After that, a personal info portion, standard application. Once hired, there's an 8hr orientation that goes over everything.
- Tell me about yourself.
Network Technician
I got contacted by the company pretty quickly after applying, within about two weeks. But then, I had some trouble emailing HR because my messages kept bouncing, so I had to call them to make sure everything was okay. When I went in for the interview, I first met with HR and had to do a quick written test. After that, I had a one-on-one meeting with the IT manager. The HR person was really professional and followed all the rules, but the IT Department seemed much more relaxed, maybe even too relaxed. It felt like they might be having some money problems.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Supervisor
It was long and time consuming, there was a phone interview then an interview in person with HR, then face to face with two different people lasting about two hours and then some skills testing.
- When it comes to tasks, is speed or accuracy the greater priority?
