I applied online and heard back within a few weeks for two phone interviews. It was a basic interview, and I was hired the same day. The questions weren't difficult. I interviewed with both teller supervisors, and they were both really laid back and direct. Everything was straightforward, with no hidden difficulties. I'd suggest negotiating your pay during the interview, because otherwise, they'll just give you a take-it-or-leave-it offer. They'll try to convince you that the paid training will make up for the lower pay.

The interview process started with a phone call from HR, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then there was a 2-hour in-person interview with the hiring manager and other IT team members. The whole experience was well-managed and pleasant, though it took a few weeks to schedule. Everyone was very open and honest about their jobs and what they were looking for in a candidate. They clearly explained the work and the team dynamic. The other IT folks were friendly and shared some inside jokes.

Controller had a good conversation with me. Recruiter reached out twice with updates, but after 10 days of no contact, I asked for an update. The recruiter said they'd get back to me in two business days. After two weeks and three follow-ups, I emailed to withdraw my application. It’s unprofessional to ghost candidates when a simple note would suffice.

The interview process was straightforward, and the interview itself was a panel. Each person interviewing me asked questions directly relevant to the producer position. It was a single interview session, with no subsequent interviews needed for a decision. The questions were also focused on the specific job duties and avoided overly general inquiries.
