I sent in my application and a few weeks after the job closing, I got a call back. They told me to get there 15 minutes early and I was given a list of the questions they would ask. Then I met with three people of different ranks who asked me just the questions on the list. Getting there early let me jot down some notes so I wouldn't forget to talk about my key accomplishments. After that, I had an hour to do some tasks to check my skills - like replying to an email and answering two job-skill related questions. I found out they were checking my references and then I got offered the job the next week.

Behavioral Presentation

I've always heard that in interviews, they're limited to asking questions from the job posting, so you can get ready beforehand. If there's a topic on the job posting, expect a question or two about it. If it wasn't on the job posting, you don't need to worry. You get 15 minutes to look over the written questions and get ready to answer them. Then, you're called back into the interview room to start the interview. They ask the questions, you give your answers, and then you can ask any questions you have for the interviewer. You should hear back from them in about 2-3 weeks.
