I was brought into a room and given 15 minutes to answer a set of non-science questions, mostly about workplace scenarios and past experiences. After the 15 minutes, three senior team members I would be working with joined, and we reviewed each question from the list one by one. They didn't ask any additional questions beyond the provided list. This was immediately followed by a Q&A where I could ask about the job.
