I heard back pretty quickly after the job was posted, and got an interview scheduled for about a week later. The whole process from start to finish took about 2-3 weeks. The interview itself was a bit weird because one of the interviewers seemed unprofessional, barely taking notes, which made me think she'd already made up her mind. It took another two weeks after that for me to hear back about not moving forward, and I had to be the one to reach out for an update.

First, there was a test before the actual interview. I was in the office alone and had to take a simulated customer phone call, respond to it, and then write notes in Microsoft Word as if I were writing an email. I had up to 15 minutes for this part, and it seemed like the time taken didn't matter within that window. The verbal interview itself was pretty standard. They said there would be 3 interviewers, but one didn't show up. They seemed nice and friendly.

I sent in my application online and a manager from the nearest office gave me a call for a screening. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview the following week. The interview required me to pull info from a spreadsheet and then write a letter with it. The actual interview felt like an oral exam where two managers asked me standard accounting and audit questions, plus some other common interview questions. I had read about this oral exam style of questioning beforehand and felt I was well-prepared. I think it went pretty well. They mentioned they still had more interviews to conduct over the next few weeks, but I should hear back by the end of the month no matter what. I haven't heard anything yet and I'm guessing I didn't get the job.
