Branch Manager
I arrived early for my interview. The district manager was already in a meeting with another candidate in the main room, so I was asked to wait. I was informed that the company expects candidates to develop a marketing plan but provides no guidelines for it, which was surprising as I'd never encountered a situation where corporate didn't offer any direction.

Sales Representative
I got a bunch of emails asking me to submit a video interview, and then a manager called me for a P2P interview. It was pretty easy and a good interview. Haven't heard back from them though. I called to check on my interview status, but the manager wasn't available and didn't return my call after I left a message.
