The whole process was terrible and had bad communication, super unprofessional. There were two interviews, one online and one in-person. The first interview is where things went wrong, the interviewer didn't seem to have IT experience and didn't ask any technical questions to see if I was a good fit. They invited me back for an in-person interview but weren't very flexible with scheduling, giving me only one date/time option, which I had to change my schedule for. I should have seen that as a red flag, but I went anyway. I knew I wouldn't get the job just from the interviewers' expressions. If you want your time wasted and then ghosted, definitely apply here.

The interviewers were nice and helpful with my data challenge submission. Since this was my first interview, I appreciated that. After discussing my data challenge, they said I'd get a message about the decision, but I never did. It would have been good if they followed up, especially since they said they would.

Applied online, then got a call about a week or two later to set up an interview. After the first phone interview, they called again to set up an in-person interview, which I thought was a bit strange. The in-person interview involved meeting with two people who asked me some basic questions. The whole thing took about a month.

The hiring process was good once it started. It took over two months from applying to the first HR email. I first had a one-on-one with HR. Then, about one to two weeks later, I interviewed with the hiring manager and director. I also did a skills test that day at the HR office, mostly on Microsoft Office and typing speed. HR called me with an offer within the next two weeks.
