I was contacted about my application and had a phone interview where the main supervisor asked me about my past jobs and my expectations for working there, ensuring it was a good fit for both me and the job. Then, I had one interview with the three supervisors: the primary supervisor and the day/night leads. The interview began with ethics, essentially reviewing expectations. During this part, the interviewer clarified that the job involved being a custodian and that the people I'd work with might treat me as if I were invisible, though he mentioned there were nice people there. Once I understood and accepted that, we moved on to the technical aspects of the job, covering what I'd need to do. He pointed out several necessary tools and asked about my knowledge of them. Finally, he went into the detailed daily tasks of the job. Overall, it was a very realistic interview, and I knew exactly what to expect.
