First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tews Company.
Business Analyst
I was looking for a contract role with one of Tews Company's clients. I had a good phone screen with Tews, and then they submitted me to the client for an interview. The client interview was very professional and they made me feel encouraged. The client said they would contact my recruiter at Tews with feedback and next steps. For three weeks after that, I tried to get info from Tews about the role but they ghosted me. I never even got a call saying I wasn't selected. I eventually gave up and decided I would never work with them again. They reached out to me first and still ghosted me.
- Can you describe your experience working as a business analyst?
Sales Representative
So the whole thing is like a few steps. First, you gotta write up what the job is, then post it so people can see it. After that, you set up the interviews, do some initial chats, then bring them in for a longer meeting. Then you gotta follow up and finally make a decision on who to hire.
- Could you describe the organizational culture?
Senior Recruiter
The interview process was well-organized, with the position's details explained clearly from the start. I had the opportunity to speak with most of the team members individually, which allowed me to ask specific questions. It was a very professional process overall. The interviews themselves were consistent, straightforward, and didn't take longer than necessary. All my questions were answered, and the offer was in line with what I expected. I felt at ease throughout the entire experience and was happy to accept their offer.
- Tell me about your recruiting experience.
- What are your biggest recruiting successes?
Test Engineer
For the Test Engineer role here, the interview process is pretty standard. Usually, there are two technical interviews and then a manager round. A key requirement for this job is having solid Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience; you should rate yourself a 7 out of 10 or higher in that area.
- Can you describe the most challenging work you've accomplished?
