Finance Intern
it was a average 30 min interview, my interviewers were nice and friendly. They asked basic questions with a couple of focused ones. Being prepared will help out a lot. Additionally, be nice, friendly, and professional and you should be ok.

Microbiology Lab Technician
First they'll tell you about the job and the hours. Then you'll talk about your experience. After that, you'll get an assignment. If you don't have much experience, you should learn about what they do beforehand. They also ask if you know what they do.

They start with a call asking general questions about you and your interest. If you pass that, they move you to a face-to-face interview with technical questions. The third interview focuses on you and your character, then they discuss the salary offer.
