Technical Other

So, I had a first phone interview, which went fine, and then an in-person interview too. The annoying part was this online test they make everyone take. It felt more like it was testing how you think about things rather than crunching numbers. It was supposed to be an hour, but it dragged on for what felt like three.

Technical Coding

Got a recruiter call to set up a phone interview. After 3 weeks, they scheduled an onsite interview. The onsite had 4 rounds, including a skill test with multiple-choice C++ questions that were very easy. The one-on-one onsite interview was really challenging. I went straight for drinks after the interview. Two days later, I got a call saying I was selected and to wait for the final offer. I waited 4 weeks, and then they said the position was on hold. Wasted a day of vacation.

Confirmed questions1 question

It was challenging and the people were fair. Questions were asked to assess both job skills and work habits. I met four people. There was an initial phone screening, and though I was late, everyone accommodated me without a problem.
