The interview process was slow. Even after being shortlisted and providing the requested details via email, there was no response from HR. After two weeks, I followed up, and then the first technical interview was scheduled. The interview involved two LeetCode problems and an aptitude-based quiz, plus some questions about previous technology. The panel seemed more focused on the output than the approach or pseudo-code. They primarily look for candidates who are ready to go and do not provide results or feedback even after follow-ups. The HR team needs more professional training.

The interview process had a total of 4 rounds. The first round was a problem-solving round where we were given 3 DSA problems to solve within one hour. The second and third rounds were technical rounds. In the second round, the interviewer asked me 2 DSA-based questions: the first was on DP and the second was on graphs. In the third round, I was asked a tree question. The last round was an HR round.
