The interview process at Testlio is pretty thorough (it took me about 2 months from the first chat to the offer), well-organized, and aims to make sure you're a good fit for both the job and the company vibe. It kicked off with a quick chat to go over my background and see if I matched the role. After that, I had a few interviews with different people on the team, and each one looked at different things like my tech skills, how I solve problems, and if I'd fit in. They were really open about everything, letting me know what to expect at each step. They also really cared about my experience talking to clients, managing stakeholders, and working on media projects. The last parts included checking my references and a chat with the higher-ups, which helped them see if I aligned with Testlio's values and what they're aiming for.

Still in the process, not finalized yet but they are very sensitive about keeping the candidate with updates and mutual expectations to be met. So happy with the HR people so far.

I found this role on LinkedIn and applied on the company website. There were four rounds in total. It kicked off with an HR screening, which made me feel good about the company and more excited for what's next. After that, I had three more interviews with the senior leadership team. This was my first job interview in 12 years, and it was surprisingly relaxed and interesting! Each conversation was engaging and gave me insights into the company's culture and values. I really appreciated the quick feedback from HR after every stage, the friendly interview vibe, and the scenario-based questions that explored my experience and thinking. They even provided feedback on areas for improvement after the final round, not just the positives. The leadership was great too; I felt like part of the team already. It was a fantastic interview experience and a big reason I decided to join Testlio, even with a better offer elsewhere. Excited to start!
