The interview process has a few stages. However, you have an internal recruiter who is your main point of contact throughout the process. I found mine extremely helpful, she was always available to answer questions and provide support. Stages: 1) Call with the internal recruiter, 2) initial interview, 3) Presentation 4) Culture fit. - I would definitely recommend interviewing with Tessian as the team are great and you will certainly learn something.

So I had a recruiter reach out to me for an interview. It was supposed to be scheduled for less than a week later but then I was notified that the recruiter was let go. The new recruiter for the role wanted to chat with me. However, that recruiter sent a long email saying I wasn’t qualified and cancelled the interview. I saw some reviews about how sales in North America have failed multiple times so I would be hesitant about this company. Perhaps GDPR countries make this product a must-have.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The whole thing took about 3-4 weeks. It started with a 30min phone screen with the hiring manager, then a practical exercise that took 2hrs to complete and was given a few days to finish. Lastly, there were back-to-back interviews for 1-1.5hrs with a few different Tessian employees. Honestly, it was a really clear and well-run process. The questions were a good mix of fit/behavioral, problem solving, and specific to the role. I had a couple offers, but getting to know the employees and seeing the company's awesome value and growth opportunities really helped me decide.
