Intern
Submitted an online application and was contacted by HR, who provided some interview tips. Then, scheduled the interview, which might be longer than expected. Next was an offline Python assessment. Finally, interviewed with HR and teammates, including Python coding questions, before the result.

Engineer
The hiring process was super quick and straightforward. I had a few meetings with different people involved, including engineers who work on the actual projects, managers, and HR. They seemed to really care about finding the right fit for the team. Everyone was really nice and had a clear vision. It all felt pretty good.
- Were there any general standard interview behavioral questions asked?
Communications Associate
The interview was bilingual. First, the recruiter asked some questions, and then I had the chance to ask my own questions. Only after I had given my answers was the role explained in more detail. It turned out that the job and the job description were significantly different from what was previously stated.

Service Technician
It was a bit of a complicated process. First, I had some email contact, then a phone call from an external recruiter. During that call, we discussed salary, relocating to Holland, and other things. It was a pleasant conversation, not stressful or full of silly questions you had to memorize. Next, there was a Zoom meeting with someone directly from Holland who handled the technical aspects. This was also a very pleasant chat about my work experience and included some basic technical questions. The third stage was supposed to be a call with a manager, but I only got a ring and never heard back from them again.
- What is the likely cause if a car's steering wheel wobbles when braking?
- Can you state Ohm's law, perhaps as V=R x I or I= V/R?
