It's a 3 part interview: first a 15 minute basic phone screening, then about a 45 minute interview with one or two people, then an observed writing test. The writing test is about 45 mins-an hour and they observe you while you summarize a larger article

The interview process started with a 15-minute phone screen with general questions. Then, there was a written assignment in Google Docs where I had to read a short article and answer 3 questions within 250 words. After submitting it, I waited over two weeks and heard nothing. I reached out to ask about my application and for feedback on the assignment. They said they had already finished assessments the day before and I wasn't selected, providing no feedback.

I heard back about 1-2 weeks after applying. First, I had a 30-minute chat with HR, which was great. Then, within a week, I had a writing assignment. I had an hour to write a 250-word report based on an article, answering specific questions, which I also enjoyed. The final step was a second interview with three people for an hour. It went really well, and I got an offer a week later. The offer only included salary details; I had to ask for the rest of the compensation, and the HR person was vague. All this was done via email. After I started negotiating salary, my offer was suddenly rescinded by the COO via email, with no explanation. I asked for one but got no response. Three weeks later, I got an email saying they weren't filling the position. I don't know if it was budget-related or something else about the company, but it felt really off to get an offer and then have it taken away. I'd advise people to avoid this company.

The interview was good, pretty standard. I had two interviews total. The first was a phone call, and then the second was in person. It lasted a bit over an hour. They asked me about my schooling, my work history, and my language skills.
