Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tesco Bengaluru.
Cashier
It was straightforward, they asked for prior experience. I think it's pretty normal to ask. Every cashier job also asked the same question. If you have the experience, it should not be a problem at all.
- Could you introduce yourself and tell me about your experience?
- What experience do you have?
Cashier
The interview process was brief and not welcoming. The employees appeared to hold me in low regard, making me feel inadequate. I felt put down and diminished. I would not suggest this company to anyone. They seem to be cliquey and narcissistic.
- Can you tell me about a time you handled a busy period?
Store Associate
It was a quick and easy interview, the manager was very nice and got straight to the point. The process was streamlined and didn't go in circles. I didn't take the job because I had another offer and another store was cheaper.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience and what skills you bring to this position?
