First, you'll talk to the talent acquisition team. Then, there's an aptitude test, followed by the manager round. You really need to focus on the manager round. All the questions will be about accounting. They might ask about your past work or your personal life.

So first we had a group discussion, then an aptitude test covering math, English, and reasoning. After that, HR asked some questions about my past experience, my commute, and if I was okay with working shifts. Finally, a manager went over my profile, asked about my technical skills (Excel is a must), my communication abilities, and how I'd fit into the team.

I got referred and the interview process took a whole day. I passed all the rounds and joined the company within 15 days. The overall experience was great, and the HR was very supportive and made me feel comfortable throughout the interviews.
