Had a panel interview with the VP of the department and some other team members. The process was pretty easy, mostly focused on cultural fit rather than specific job responsibilities. They were respectful throughout.

I heard back about 2 weeks after I applied for the job posting, which had been up for a while. The first phone call felt pretty casual and friendly. I interviewed with the HR Manager and two people from the team in a relaxed setting. Even though they didn't explicitly say it, I could tell I didn't get the job by the change in the HR manager's demeanor after the interview, from warm to cold. It's okay though, I wasn't the right fit because I had more experience than they needed and it wasn't in ecommerce. They emailed me about 3 weeks later to let me know I didn't get the role. The interview was quick and straightforward, with no tricky questions. Everyone I met was really nice, especially when they thought I might be a coworker.

I was called in for an interview that lasted about an hour. The questions they asked were really thought out and made me think. They focused on behavior and the team atmosphere. It was tough but the whole process from interview to getting hired was smooth.

I met with senior executives. Each had their own set of questions, so there wasn't a standard format. They were looking for my experiences and my reasons for wanting to join Tervis. We also had an informal lunch where I got to ask my questions.
