First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Terumo.
Associate Product Manager
I actually interviewed for 2 roles, the interview process was very lengthy. Started off with a phone screen, then a zoom call with 2 different hiring managers. Then I didn't hear anything for a few weeks. When I finally did I was invited in for an in person interview with 2 different people. Then asked to do a project and present in front of 5 or so people that I would be working with directly with a few more joining in remotely. I thought I did pretty well, and I enjoyed meeting with the team and believe I did mesh well. Ultimately I was ghosted with no feedback.
- What are some things you see we can improve upon quickly?
Product Manager
A recruiter from the company contacted me on LinkedIn to see if I was interested in the role. We had a chat, and then they passed my info along to the hiring manager. After that, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. The next step was an onsite interview where I met with the hiring manager and some folks from the marketing team. Finally, I had a 'final' interview with some senior people where I had to create and present a short plan for launching a new product.
- Can you share an example of a past challenge you successfully navigated?
- Reflecting on past experiences, what would you do differently next time?
Product Manager Intern
recruiters were super friendly and really wanted to help students find a role, they were also proactive. the whole thing was online but it felt chill and like i could be myself.
