First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Terumo.
Engineer
I applied through Indeed and got a message the next day asking about my availability for a screening interview. The recruiters were approachable and considerate. They asked me a lot about my background, my profession, and the role I applied for, and if I could start right away.
- What qualifications do you believe make you a good fit for this role?
Project Engineer
The questions were pretty average. My interviewer was nice and professional, and they also gave me a tour of the facility. This position was for a co-op, so it was a temporary role.
- What would you do if you had a disagreement with a coworker?
Engineer
It started with a general chat with the team leader, then a meeting with the manager. They asked general questions about my CV and experience. They were interested in my background in the pharmaceutical industry and my experience with fine mechanics. The technical parts weren't too difficult, but they required self-confidence and definitely no stress.
- Could you share some general questions based on your CV and experience?
- Can you tell us about your experience in the pharmaceutical industry?
- What is your experience with fine mechanics?
