It took over a month to hear back and schedule the interview. After the interview, it's been another month of silence, so I'm assuming I didn't get the job. I know the state can be slow, but I didn't expect it to be this slow.

I did a written test and then had an interview with a supervisor. After that, there was a background check, I got a statement from my current boss, and had a drug test. It took about six weeks to get a response. The interview itself was pretty relaxed and comfortable.

I was called in to take the ABLE test since I didn't have enough college credits. This test is mainly a vocabulary assessment to check reading and comprehension skills. If you pass this test, you'll get an interview. It took a while to get the job offer call after the interview, but the wait was worth it.
