Behavioral Technical

It started with a recruiter reaching out, then a quick chat, followed by interviews with the team. The interviews seemed fine for the job, but then there was a long silence with no updates. They didn't give any timeline or what to expect. Finally, they got back way later than expected, without any heads-up about the delay. This whole lack of communication and follow-through felt off, especially for managing big, important projects.

The initial process was quick and the staff are friendly; however, after the first stage, there was no more follow-up or response to emails requesting information. Communication could be better, as the lack of updates makes the process seem slow.

I had a phone call first and then a teams interview with a hiring manager. It was pretty open-ended and they mostly asked about previous experience and what I was looking to get out of the role or job. It went well and I am waiting for my technical interview to be scheduled.

It was lengthy. A lot of rounds, and they asked pretty similar questions in each round. The rounds were screening, then an initial interview, then panel interviews, and finally interviews with the hiring manager, some peers, HR, and even execs. About half of each round was them asking questions and the other half was them telling me about the job.

  • Can you tell me about your leadership style?
