I made it to the final round after two interviews. We scheduled a final Zoom interview, but they never showed up. I followed up, and they cited a scheduling conflict and difficulty finding a new date. After several weeks of weekly follow-ups from my end, they informed me they had hired someone else and wouldn't be proceeding with my candidacy. It was quite unprofessional.

I went through a first round interview. The recruiter was friendly, we exchanged basic information, and I felt it went okay. After that, I heard nothing back from the interviewer. It's understandable if I wasn't the right fit, as that's the purpose of an initial interview. However, I think it's a poor reflection on the company when no one takes the time to follow up with a polite rejection. It was a bad candidate experience.

It was a very tedious and long interview process. First, there was a virtual HR interview. Then, a virtual interview with the Line Manager. After that, I had to prepare a Case Study and then present it. Finally, a decision was made. All of these interviews were spaced out by at least a month. At the end, I was simply told that although I was a strong candidate, they found someone whose background was a closer match. I received no feedback at all, which is disappointing after preparing a detailed consulting slide deck; they should at least provide a report.
