Friend referred me for the QA role. The interview process involved two phone interviews followed by an onsite interview. The entire process spanned over a month, which felt quite long. They covered flight, hotel, and food expenses for the onsite. Even after the onsite, there was a considerable delay in receiving the results.

Behavioral Technical

I applied in mid-January 2014 via Terra's website. HR first reached out in late February 2014 by email. The HR screening happened at the end of February 2014, followed by a technical screening in March 2014. The leadership round with the Head of PMO was in May 2014. If I had been selected, the next round would have been a face-to-face interview. In June 2014, I received an email saying they were moving forward with another candidate. I felt Terra lacked strong will and agility, and candidate follow-ups could be faster. I finally interviewed on Memorial Day for the leadership round because scheduling was difficult, and there were missed interview dates. I thought the processes and HR support were great, but the rest of the organization isn't agile enough to move faster.

Behavioral Technical Case

The whole interview process took about two months. It was pretty straightforward, mostly questions directly from my resume. They also asked some math and analytical questions that weren't too hard.
