I applied via email to HR and had a video interview with HR, then a video interview with the hiring manager. The process took about three weeks to get to the hiring manager, but then there was radio silence after that interview. I was told decisions would be communicated within 14 days. I waited three weeks, then phoned HR and left a message, but didn't get a return call. I emailed both HR and the hiring manager the next day, but still no return email. It's been several weeks now and still nothing. It's disappointing that for a mid level management position Terlato doesn't seem to respect their talent pool. It's ironic most HR managers in wine I talk to lament the lack of strong talent willing to work in the industry, and yet this is how most mid-sized wineries seem to operate and treat talent.

My phone interview with HR was nice but when I arrived for the interview, the interviewer was texting the whole time and seemed to have a bad attitude. I couldn't see myself working there.
