After submitting an online application, I went through an HR phone interview, then an in-person HR interview where the admin staff were nice. Then I had a phone interview with the Director, who was upset my nickname was used instead of my legal name on the application. She made it a big deal that I was the person she was looking for. The next day, she scheduled an in-person interview. I arrived early, and when I rang the bell, she came out and curtly asked if she could help me. I introduced myself, and she just asked if it was 1:00 PM, and when I said yes, she rudely stated it would be 1:00 PM and walked off without further instruction. I was shocked. I tried to speak to HR about why I was leaving the process, but she wasn't available. I emailed but haven't heard back.

My Offer letter was rescinded after asking if the hourly rate was negotiable. I asked to keep the initial rate but the decision was final. It was explained that I wouldn't be happy and lived to far to commute. They no longer believed I would stay in the role long term because of my inquiry. The offer stated that full-time was 35 hours a week. I had only asked because I was anticipating 40hrs/week.

First there was a video explaining the job and what they expected. Then, I had to take a written test with some math and logic questions. After that, I had a one-on-one interview where I was asked about how I'd deal with different behavioral situations with a client. They made an offer the next day. The background check and drug test took about a week before I could start.

Wasted my time, they interviewed me for 2 hours across two rounds and then failed to provide an update as promised. They also ignored my calls and left a passive-aggressive note when they eventually emailed me. Guess I dodged a bullet.
